Harold M. Grunfeld

Harold M. Grunfeld is a founding partner and is resident in its New York office. Mr. Grunfeld’s practice is concentrated in Customs and international trade law. Mr. Grunfeld regularly counsels clients in connection with regulatory compliance, as well as the fiscal challenges of properly structuring international transactions. He represents clients before U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and the Court of International Trade. He has extensive experience in representing clients in Customs audits and penalty investigations. Mr. Grunfeld has written articles on customs matters for business and trade publications and is a frequent lecturer on customs topics at seminars and conferences.
