Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt LLP has been named a 2023 Practice Group of the Year for International Trade by Law360. GDLSK was honored for its role as the country’s premier international trade and customs boutique. The group’s wins over the last year include, among others: successfully defending a rare 0% rate in an anti-dumping proceeding involving Chinese products before Commerce and the Court of International Trade against fraud allegations by Customs and Border Protection; clearing one of the world’s largest manufacturers of solar cells in a politically sensitive anticircumvention inquiry; achieving a two-step victory resulting in the complete elimination of antidumping and countervailing duties on nail exports from India and Sri Lanka; and successfully defending in the CIT and CAFC a rare negative injury determination from the International Trade Commission on behalf of the Chinese fabricated structural steel industry.
