On August 22, 2022, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), finalized its countervailing duty investigation of steel nails from Sri Lanka, assigning a low 4.12% CVD rate to GDLSK client Trinity Steel Private Limited, the only Sri Lankan nails producer and exporter: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2022/08/22/2022-18050/certain-steel-nails-from-sri-lanka-final-affirmative-countervailing-duty-determination

GDLSK is proud to have achieved this favorable result given the political and economic turmoil in Sri Lanka that made this investigation extremely challenging.
