Partner David M. Murphy will be speaking again at the Spring Seminar of the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones (NAFTZ) in Portland, Maine.
Mr. Murphy will be presenting on “Country of Origin within FTZs” on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. His session will cover the various rules of origin that apply for duty assessment, how to exercise due diligence in making sourcing decisions, and how to address CBP inquiries.
