On April 10, 2025, The Manitowoc Company, Inc. filed a petition for the imposition of antidumping duties on the imports of lattice-boom crawler cranes from Japan. The petition alleges a dumping margin of 152.71%. The petition identifies certain foreign producers/exporters and U.S. importers of the investigated product.
The merchandise subject to this investigation is lattice boom crawler cranes, and lattice boom crawler crane assemblies.
The projected date of the International Trade Commission’s Preliminary Conference is April 30, 2025. The earliest theoretical date for retroactive suspension of liquidation for AD is June 18, 2025.
