Petition Filed Requesting the Imposition of Antidumping Duties on Imports of Fresh Winter Strawberries from Mexico

Case Summary

On December 31, 2025, Strawberry Growers for Fair Trade filed a petition for the imposition of antidumping duties on the imports of Fresh Winter Strawberries from Mexico. The petition alleges a dumping margin of 116.69%. The petition identifies certain foreign producers/exporters and U.S. importers of the investigated product.

The projected date of the International Trade Commission’s Preliminary Conference is January 21, 2026. The earliest theoretical date for retroactive suspension of liquidation for AD is March 11, 2026.
