Frank Sailer is resident in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. Mr. Sailer is an international trade lawyer with more than 30 years experience in all aspects of international commercial matters. His practice has emphasized antidumping and countervailing duty counseling and litigation, advice on international trade agreements, customs counseling, and enforcement proceedings. Mr. Sailer was a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce in the first Bush Administration. He has been on the roster of international trade experts maintained by the US Trade Representative, and has lectured and written widely on international trade law and policy.
