Brennan O’Gorman is an Associate (pending admission) in the Firm’s New York office. She began her career with GDLSK as an intern in the summer of 2021. Her practice is focused on customs and international trade law. Ms. O’Gorman has experience with the classification of merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, free trade agreements, country of origin determinations and marking, export compliance, Freedom of Information Act requests, Section 232 exclusions, and drafting responses to CF-28s and CF-29s, penalty notices and prior disclosures. She has assisted with regulatory issues involving the Fish and Wildlife Service, the Federal Maritime Commission, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, and the Food and Drug Administration.

As a law student, Ms. O’Gorman completed a judicial internship at the New York County Supreme Court, Criminal Term.
