Alana M. Sheppard

Alana M. Sheppard is an Associate in the firm’s New York office. Her practice is focused on customs and international trade law. Ms. Sheppard has experience with classification of merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, country of origin determinations, U.S. sanctions and export controls, Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) classification, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) compliance, and litigation document drafting.
