CBP has issued a Notice reminding the brokerage community that the Customs Brokers User Fee Payment for 2019 is due by January 25, 2019. The fee is assessed for each permit held by a broker, whether it may be an individual, partnership, association or corporation, and for both local and national permits. The annual fee is $144.74 for each permit and must be paid in the district where the broker was issued a permit to perform customs business.
