On July 27,2021, GDLSK partner Frank Desiderio served as a panelist at the G-TEC conference hosted by the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders  Association of America at the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore, Maryland.

The panel discussion focused on the increase in Customs Inquiries ( Customs and Border Protection Forms 28) and the consequences of careless, incomplete or inaccurate responses. The panelists discussed strategies for assisting clients in connection with the preparation and submission of responses in a fashion that exploits  opportunities for verifying and evidencing compliance, correcting errors and minimizing penalties and other adverse consequences.
