GDLSK partners Alan R. Klestadt, Erik D. Smithweiss, and Patrick J. Caulfield will present at the Global Trade Educational Conference (G-TEC) on July 29 and July 30 in Chicago. They will address the following topics:
- Alan will discuss challenges that can arise with companies having a “right to make entry” as an importer of record;
- Erik will review issues when defending allegations under the False Claims Act and Enforce and Protect Act; and
- Patrick will discuss recent trends in antidumping and countervailing duty enforcement.
