Ruishi “Nathan” Li

Ruishi “Nathan” Li is an Associate (pending admission) in the firm’s New York Office. He began his career with GDLSK as a summer associate in 2025. His practice is focused on customs and international trade law. Mr. Li has experience with the classification of merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, country of origin determinations, Section 232 exclusions, custom audits and penalty matters, prior disclosures, drafting protests, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) compliance, and first sale appraisement programs.
