Mia F. Howard is an Associate in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. After earning a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of South Carolina, Ms. Howard attended American University Washington College of Law, where she focused her studies on International Law. She began her career at GDLSK as a Law Clerk in the Fall of 2022. Ms. Howard has experience with Antidumping and Countervailing Duty proceedings as well as UFLPA detention work.
Ms. Howard is the author of “Commerce’s Use of Adverse Facts Available in the Anti-Dumping Investigation on Urea Ammonium Nitrate Solutions from Russia,” published online by the American University International Law Review.
