Lucy Ye is an Associate (pending admission) in the firm’s New York Office. She began her career with GDLSK as a Summer Associate in 2025. Her practice is focused on customs and international trade law. Ms. Ye has experience with the classification of merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, Section 232/301 exclusions, prior disclosures, country of origin determinations, drafting protests, and first sale appraisement programs.
Before attending law school, Ms. Ye worked in business and nonprofit organizations as a project manager, coordinating complex initiatives across teams and stakeholders. She earned her undergraduate degree in business, developing a foundation in business operations and commercial matters that continues to inform her practice. She draws on this combination of business and legal experience in advising clients on customs and international trade matters.
