Matthew Seymour is an Associate in the Firm’s New York office. He began his career with GDLSK as an intern in the summer of 2021. His practice is focused on customs and international trade law. Mr. Seymour has experience with the classification of merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, free trade agreements, country of origin markings, customs audits, export compliance, and antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings. He has assisted with regulatory issues involving the Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Food and Drug Administration.

As a law student, Mr. Seymour completed a judicial internship at the United States Court of International Trade.
