Congratulations to GDLSK partner Heather Litman, who has been reappointed to the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) as a member of the 17th term. The COAC advises the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Homeland Security on all matters involving the commercial operations of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and significant changes that may be proposed regarding CBP regulations, policies, and practices.
In this role, Heather will serve as Co-Chair of the Intelligent Enforcement Subcommittee, Trade Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Rights Working Group, and Trade Co-Chair of the Centers Working Group.
Heather will also be speaking at the 2024 CBP Trade Facilitation and Cargo Security Summit on March 27-28 in Philadelphia. Learn more about Heather and her panel below.
