The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), on December 23, 2022, finalized its antidumping duty (ADD) investigations of steels nails from Sri Lanka and steel nails from India. DOC found that GDLSK client Trinity Steel Pvt. Ltd., the only Sri Lankan producer/exporter of steel nails examined, was not dumping and was assigned a 0% ADD rate. DOC also assigned GDLSK client Astrotech Steels Pvt. Ltd., an Indian producer/exporter of steel nails, an ADD rate of 2.94% – the lowest of all ADD rates assigned in the India ADD investigation.
