The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), on December 23, 2022, finalized its antidumping duty (ADD) investigations of steels nails from Sri Lanka and steel nails from India. DOC found that GDLSK client Trinity Steel Pvt. Ltd., the only Sri Lankan producer/exporter of steel nails examined, was not dumping and was assigned a 0% ADD rate. DOC also assigned GDLSK client Astrotech Steels Pvt. Ltd., an Indian producer/exporter of steel nails, an ADD rate of 2.94% – the lowest of all ADD rates assigned in the India ADD investigation. UPDATED – EXTENSION OF CERTAIN COVID-RELATED CHINA 301 EXCLUSIONS
In a Federal Register notice of May 17, 2023, the USTR announced that it is extending certain China 301 exclusions that had been put in place and/or previously extended to
