GDLSK partners Alan R. Klestadt and Erik D. Smithweiss will speak at the Global Trade Educational (G-TEC) conference July 27 – July 29 at the Omni Hotel in Oklahoma City.
- Alan will speak on the panel “Survey of Tariff Mitigation Strategies” on Sunday July 27. This session will survey strategies that can be explored to mitigate the intense financial impact of trade remedy tariffs, while remaining compliant.
- Erik will speak on the panel “Trade Remedy Tariffs” on Tuesday July 29. The panel will discuss the latest in trade remedies including IEEPA, Reciprocal Tariffs, Section 232 tariffs on steel/aluminum and autos, and ongoing 232 investigations covering numerous products.
