On July 15, 2026, Bristol Pipe and Tube, Inc., Felker Brothers Corporation, and Primus Pipe and Tube, Inc. filed a petition for the imposition of antidumping on the imports of Welded Stainless Line and Pressure Pipe (WSLPP) from India, Türkiye, and the UAE, and the imposition of countervailing duties on imports of WSLPP from India and Turkey. The petition alleges dumping margins of 67.62-154.37% from India, 14.88-113.28% from Türkiye, and 62.36-120.19% from the UAE. The petition identifies certain foreign producers/exporters and U.S. importers of the investigated product.
The merchandise covered by this investigation consists of circular welded austenitic stainless line and pressure pipe of any diameter. This merchandise includes, but is not limited to, merchandise meeting the American Society for Testing and Materials (‘‘ASTM’’) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (“ASME”) ASTM A–312/ASME SA312, ASTM A-358/ASME SA358, ASTM A-409/ASME SA409 or ASTM A–778 specifications, the American Petroleum Institute (“API”) specification 5LC, or comparable domestic or foreign specifications. The projected date of International Trade Commission’s Preliminary Conference is August 5, 2026. The earliest theoretical date for retroactive suspension of liquidation for AD is September 23, 2026. CVD is August 4, 2026.
