Tracey Topper Gonzalez is an Associate in the New York office. Her practice is focused on customs law, with an emphasis on regulatory issues involving the Food and Drug Administration, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and other federal agencies. She also has expertise in helping companies develop internal import and export compliance programs. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Gonzales clerked for the Honorable Richard K. Eaton at the US Court of International Trade and was an associate specializing in antitrust litigation at another law firm.
