Molly O’Casey

Molly O’Casey is an Associate in the Firm’s New York office. Her practice is focused on customs and international trade law. Ms. O’Casey has experience in country of origin determinations, classification under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, free trade agreements, the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program, forced labor, Section 301 tariffs, and first sale appraisement programs. She also has experience advising client on matters relating to export controls and antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.


Prior to joining GDLSK, Ms. O’Casey worked as a consultant within the trade and customs practices of a Big Four accounting firm.
