Christina Leonard is an Associate in the New York office, where she specializes in customs and trade law. She has represented clients before U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Commerce, the Department of State, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and other federal agencies. Ms. Leonard assists companies in a variety of matters, including customs audits, penalty cases, classification, export compliance, developing internal compliance programs, realizing duty saving opportunities and conducting product safety recalls. Her prior work experience includes internships at U.S. Customs, the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Washington and Geneva offices of the U.S. Trade Representative. Prior to law school, she was a litigation Associate at CRA International, a global consulting firm that provides economic and strategic expertise to corporations, law firms and accounting firms.
