Bruce M. Mitchell is the managing partner of the Firm’s trade law practice. His practice is concentrated in handling antidumping, countervailing duty and related trade matters involving China and other non-market economy countries, as well as trade cases on industries in Europe, the Americas, Japan and Southeast Asia. For over 30 years, Mr. Mitchell has represented a wide range of industries in trade cases before the US Department of Commerce, US International Trade Commission, US Customs and Border Protection and the federal courts. He has been a frequent lecturer and author of articles on US trade law issues. From 1975-1978, he served as a Trial Attorney with the US Department of Justice, Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch, International Trade Field Office. He was Chairman of the American Bar Association Subcommittee on International Law and Foreign Trade from 1979-1985.
