Andrew T. Schutz


Andrew T. Schutz is partner in the Firm’s Milwaukee, WI office. Mr. Schutz represents and advises governments and companies, foreign and domestic, in US international trade law and US Customs matters. His practice focuses on antidumping duty and countervailing duty proceedings before the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., where he represents foreign manufactures, exporters, foreign governments, and U.S. importers. Mr. Schutz has extensive experience in U.S. countervailing duty actions, representing companies and governments from China, India, Vietnam, Taiwan and Japan in over 20 proceedings since 2007. He also has an active litigation practice before the US Court of International Trade and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He lectures frequently on US trade law and policy and is a licensed customs broker. Mr. Schutz was selected as a 2014, 2015 & 2016 International Trade “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
