Robert F. Seely
OF COUNSEL
Robert F. Seely is resident in the New York office. He has extensive experience in resolving cross-border trade regulation issues. Mr. Seely started his law practice at the US Customs Headquarters’ Regulations and Rulings Division before joining the staff of the Office of the General Counsel for Import Administration at the US Department of Commerce. He entered private practice as a member of the Customs and International Trade practice group at a large midwest law firm and in 2002 became Of Counsel in the Firm's New York office. Since joining the Firm, he has focused his effort primarily on helping firm clients successfully litigate duty refunds and reductions through judicial modification of import tariff classification and valuation decisions.
