Kavita Mohan

Kavita Mohan is an Associate in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. Kavita has handled a wide range of complex legal and policy related international trade issues. Her experiences include representing foreign governments and foreign manufacturers in proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, NAFTA bi-national panels, and the Court of International Trade, and advising clients on trade regulations and customs law. Kavita previously worked on developing and executing U.S.-India trade policy as an India Desk Officer at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Prior to that, she served as an Analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Import Administration, conducting AD/CVD investigations and reviews.
