Jordan C. Kahn

OF COUNSEL

Jordan Kahn is an international trade attorney and licensed customs broker with extensive agency and litigation experience. He has since 2011 continuously represented clients in trade remedy proceedings, primarily involving products made from steel. He has successfully argued appeals at both the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC).

Mr. Kahn clerked at the CIT from 2008 to 2010 for the Honorable Evan J. Wallach (since elevated to the CAFC). He served as in-house counsel for the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) from 1999 to 2007, advising TRPA to implement environmental regulation and litigating cases that include the U.S. Supreme Court victory Tahoe-Sierra Preservation Council v. TRPA, 505 U.S. 302 (2002).

AUTHOR
Mr. Kahn is a prolific author, with articles appearing in publications such as the Singapore Law Review, Fordham International Law Journal, and Georgetown Journal of International Law.

INSTRUCTOR
Mr. Kahn has delivered presentations at national law conferences and lectured as part of customs seminars conducted at ports around the country.
