Ellen M. Dano

ASSOCIATE

Ellen M. Dano is an Associate in the New York office. Her practice is focused on import and export trade law, trade regulations, and customs law. Ms. Dano has experience assisting a wide range of clients on international trade and customs law matters including: valuation and tariff classification, intellectual property, supply chain security and corporate manuals and training. She has counseled clients in connection with customs focused assessments and internal audits as well as prior disclosures, penalties, protests and seizures. She also assists clients in determining whether goods qualify under free trade agreements, preference programs, and other trade remedies. Ms. Dano has experience assisting clients with compliance issues related to other regulatory agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration and Consumer Product Safety Commission.
