Christina M. Leonard

Christina Leonard is an Associate in the New York office. She specializes in import compliance, including customs law, product safety compliance, country of origin marking, NAFTA eligibility and Buy American requirements. She has represented clients before US Customs and Border Protection on a variety of matters, including penalty cases and focused assessments. Ms. Leonard assists companies in developing internal compliance programs and conducting product safety recalls. Her prior work experience includes internships at US Customs, the US Court of International Trade and the Washington and Geneva offices of the US Trade Representative.
